Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our hardware store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable and that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return shipping label.
